# Thinking about Tirtle for your team?

What teammates can use today, and what to check before buying.

Scope: public documentation. Saved learner information requires account access.

## Start with individual learning

Tirtle currently offers individual learner accounts. Each person keeps their own practice, saved results, and subscription. Plus checkout buys a subscription for one signed-in learner, not a bundle of team licenses.

- Free practice helps people discuss project decisions and learn from explanations.
- Plus adds longer timed practice exams and extra personal Progress charts.
- Learning games and optional Community offer another way to practice and encourage each other.

## What is not included today?

Do not buy several personal subscriptions expecting these features. If your company needs them, ask about your needs before committing. A request does not confirm availability, a price, or a delivery date.

- A shared company bill or a bulk license checkout.
- A tool to assign, remove, or transfer team seats.
- Manager dashboards or reports about other learners.
- Company single sign-on (SSO), such as a workplace account system.

## Try it with a small group first

Keep feedback voluntary. Tirtle scores, Gems, game ranks, and study activity are practice signals. They are not employee ratings or proof of PMP readiness.

1. Ask a few willing teammates to try the free walkthrough or create their own learner accounts.
2. Agree on a short trial period and a simple goal, such as explaining project decisions more clearly.
3. Ask what helped, what was confusing, and whether longer timed practice would be useful.
4. Compare that feedback with the cost and your company’s training needs before buying.

## Keep each learner in control

Paying for a learner does not create manager access to their account or results. A learner can choose what to show you. Do not share a single sign-in across a team.

Community is optional and shared with other signed-in learners. It is not a private company space. Posts use ready-made messages, and learners choose whether to share game results or Gems. Keep confidential project or company information out of application notes and support messages.

## Have a company requirement?

Email hello@tirtle.com with the number of learners, the practice you want, and any billing or account requirements. Leave out learner records, passwords, and confidential material.

Ask before assuming that company invoicing, a contract, a data agreement, accessibility certification, or a service commitment is available. Tirtle does not promise these through its individual checkout.
