# Decide if Plus fits your study plan

A short guide to share with someone helping you pay.

## The short version

Tirtle helps you practice project decisions and understand the answers. Start free to see whether it helps you learn. You do not need a card for free practice.

- Free: Daily Challenge, Journey cases, short timed practice, explanations, games, and optional Community. Basic Progress charts and saved results are included.
- Plus: longer practice exams and extra Progress charts.
- When purchasing is available: US $9.99 per month for one learner account. It renews until cancelled.

## What would I use Plus for?

Plus makes sense when you want longer timed practice or more detail about your answers. You can keep learning for free while you decide. Games and Gems do not show whether you will pass an exam.

- Practice staying focused: choose a 45-, 90-, or 180-question practice exam. Use the timer, flag questions, and review your answers afterward.
- Choose what to study next: extra Progress charts show topics, review reminders, study days, and patterns in your saved exam attempts.

## What does it cost?

When purchasing is available, Tirtle Plus is US $9.99 per month for one learner account, plus any applicable taxes. It renews until cancelled. Stripe sells the subscription through Link, which handles payment, taxes, and your receipt. Review the final total and renewal terms before paying.

Opening the Plus offer does not charge you. If it says memberships are coming soon, purchasing is not active in that study space. For a payment, receipt, or refund question about a purchase sold through Link, use Link support or the help link in your receipt. For study-account help, contact hello@tirtle.com.

## If someone is helping you pay

The subscription belongs to the Tirtle account signed in when checkout starts. Check that it is the learner’s account before continuing. Tirtle does not offer a separate parent viewer or gift-subscription flow.

Paying for an account does not give someone a separate view of the learner’s answers or progress. The learner can choose to show their results. Keep sign-in details private, and agree on who will manage the recurring payment.

## How do I manage or cancel Plus?

When cancellation is set for the end of the paid period, Plus stays available until that period ends. Free practice, basic charts, and saved results remain available after Plus ends. Closing Tirtle or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Link handles payment and refund support for purchases sold through Link. Manage billing in Tirtle opens Stripe’s customer portal for both Managed Payments and earlier standard Stripe subscriptions. If Plus access does not match your paid subscription, check the sign-in method used for your Tirtle account and contact hello@tirtle.com.

1. Sign in to the Tirtle account with your subscription, then open Membership.
2. Choose Manage billing to review or cancel in Stripe. If your purchase was sold through Link, you can also manage it in your Link account.
3. Review the next renewal date and cancellation confirmation, including when your Plus access ends.

## What should we know before buying?

Tirtle is independent of PMI. It does not award the education hours needed for a PMP application, confirm eligibility, or promise a passing result. Use it as one part of your study plan. PMI decides who can apply and what the exam requires.
