Who operates Tirtle

Tirtle is operated by Mintelan. This notice describes the information used by this version of the Tirtle website, including practice, exam rehearsals, profiles, and the application workspace. For questions or privacy requests, contact hello@tirtle.com.

What you share with us

• Account and profile information: a sign-in identifier, email address, and name supplied by the sign-in service, plus the display name, character, exam goal, daily target, and motion preference you choose.
• Learning activity: responses, confidence choices, timing, completed sessions, rehearsal attempts, review flags, scores, Gems, and progress.
• Application information you choose to enter: education, courses and training hours, project dates, experience summaries, verification contacts, evidence notes, and application milestones.
• Messages you send: information included when you contact us by email.
• Service information: hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and security or error logs to operate the service.

Keep application notes relevant. Don’t enter passwords, government identification numbers, confidential client material, or copies of identity documents. If you add a verifier’s details, make sure you have permission to use them for your application preparation. Document uploads are not part of this workspace.

Why the information is used

We use saved information to provide your account, preserve your work, calculate learning progress, operate timers, organize application records, personalize your study experience, respond to requests, and maintain the service. Practice results and readiness calculations are descriptive tools; they do not make certification or employment decisions.

Tirtle does not add advertising or analytics trackers in this version. Optional browser preferences are used only after you allow them. See the cookie policy.

Where information goes

Your saved study and application records are stored by the website’s hosting service. Tirtle currently uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, with Google sign-in managed through Supabase. Google and Supabase process basic identity information, such as your email address, name, and Google account identifier, to create and protect your Tirtle session. Tirtle does not receive your Google password or request Gmail or Drive access. Existing learners may continue to use ChatGPT sign-in; Google and ChatGPT study spaces are separate and are not automatically merged. Those providers process information needed to deliver and protect their services, under their own terms and privacy notices. This version does not send your application draft to PMI or to an AI text-generation service.

Tirtle does not sell your personal information through this website. Information may also need to be disclosed when legally required or to protect the service and its users. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Keeping and protecting your work

Your account records are retained so you can return to your study history and drafts. Application entries can be edited or removed in the workspace. Hosting providers may retain operational logs or backups according to their own practices. For account-level retention or deletion questions, write to us.

Access to saved learner records is tied to the signed-in account. No online service can promise absolute security. Use a trusted device, keep your sign-in secure, and take care when downloading or sharing application exports, which may include information about you and your project contacts.

Your choices and requests

You can update your profile, edit application records, export your application draft, and change optional storage choices through the footer. You can contact hello@tirtle.com to ask about access, correction, export, deletion, or a concern about your information. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. Your rights can depend on where you live, and applicable law may give you additional rights or the right to raise a concern with a data protection authority.

Audience and changes

Tirtle is designed for adults preparing for professional certifications. It is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We may update this notice as the product changes; the effective date above identifies this version. Material changes to optional storage purposes will require a fresh choice.
