The service and these terms

Tirtle is a learning and preparation service. These terms apply to your use of the website. Please read them along with the privacy notice. If you have a question, contact hello@tirtle.com.

Who can use Tirtle

You must be 13 or older to create or use a Tirtle account, including Basic. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must give you permission and review these terms with you. Purchasing Plus requires an adult who is authorized to agree to the recurring charges. Tirtle does not offer accounts for children under 13, including through parental consent.

Practice is preparation

Tirtle offers original practice questions, explanations, progress tools, exam rehearsals, and an application planning workspace. It is independent of Project Management Institute, Inc. and is not endorsed by PMI. PMP is a registered mark of PMI. Our questions are not actual or recalled PMI exam questions.

No score, rehearsal result, recommendation, or application checklist guarantees that you will pass an exam or meet PMI’s eligibility requirements. The product is a growing collection rather than a replacement for the complete official exam outline, eligibility rules, or your broader preparation. Review current requirements directly with PMI before applying or scheduling an exam.

Tirtle’s practice activities do not currently award qualifying education hours, course certificates, or professional development units. Application records are your drafts. You remain responsible for their accuracy and for submitting them through PMI’s official process.

AI study support

Tirtle’s study buddy includes AI coaching alongside built-in guidance and tools. You are interacting with AI, not a human tutor. AI replies can be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not decide your score, exam eligibility, or readiness. Check important details against trusted sources. Coaching availability and your account allowance may limit use. The privacy notice explains the study context shared for an AI reply and how chats and notes are kept.

Your account and content

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your sign-in secure. Enter accurate information, respect other people’s privacy, and include only material you have the right to use. You retain rights in the application descriptions and other original information you enter. You allow Tirtle and its service providers to process it as needed to deliver the functions you request.

Don’t use the service to submit fraudulent credentials, upload confidential material without permission, interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute the question collection, or share actual or recalled exam content.

Basic practice, Gems, and Plus

Daily practice, Journey cases, short timed practice, explanations, Word Quest, Project crossword, optional Community, basic Progress charts, and saved results are free in the current version. Plus adds the remaining learning games, 45-, 90-, and 180-question practice exams, extra Progress charts, and available study buddy features. Practice questions may repeat across attempts. Gems are earned in practice and used for available mission settings; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Purchasing availability is shown in your study space. When offered, Plus is an individual monthly subscription. Opening the Plus offer or creating a Basic account does not start a subscription. A coming-soon message means purchasing is not active in that study space.

Automatic renewal: if you purchase Plus, your subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel. You authorize a recurring charge to your chosen payment method for the price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Review the total and renewal terms in Stripe before completing your purchase. We will give advance notice of a subscription price change where required by applicable law.

Cancellation: Open Membership, then Manage billing, to review or cancel in Stripe. If your purchase was sold through Link, you can also manage it in your Link account. Cancel before the next renewal to stop the next recurring charge. A cancellation set for the end of the paid period keeps Plus available until that period ends. Basic practice, basic charts, and saved results remain available after Plus ends. Closing the app, signing out, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation does not automatically refund a paid period; any refund rights under applicable law still apply. For a purchase sold through Link, use Link support for payment and refund questions. Individual checkout does not provide a bundle of licenses, shared company billing, seat management, manager reports, or company single sign-on. Read the plan guide or the guide for teams before choosing.

Community and shared celebrations

Community lets you choose Tirtle mood GIFs, ready-made messages, and reactions. You may share your own saved game results, choose to post your Gem count, or state that you passed the official exam. Only claim an exam pass if it is true. Community posts and game ranks do not prove exam readiness or professional ability.

You can use the celebration cards and captions made for sharing to share your own wins. This does not allow you to copy or distribute the question bank. Review the card before sharing and follow the rules of the social app you choose.

Tirtle’s content and character

Tirtle’s original character artwork, interface, question content, and other product materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the service for your own learning and keep exports intended for your personal use. Permission is required to sell, republish, or distribute the question bank, artwork, or product materials.

Availability and your work

We aim to make the service useful and reliable, but it may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. Save your changes and keep a copy of application exports that matter to you. Exam rehearsal clocks keep running when you leave the page, except during a scheduled rehearsal break. Technical issues and practice results do not alter an official PMI exam or application.

The service is provided as available, subject to the rights and protections that applicable law gives you. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
