First, check your account
Tirtle doesn’t automatically combine Google and ChatGPT progress. Matching email addresses don’t join the two study spaces.
- Open Profile and check whether you’re signed in with Google or ChatGPT.
- If you previously used the other method, sign out and return through that method on the sign-in page.
- For Google sign-in, make sure you choose the Google account you used before.
Some older history has less detail
Earlier pilot totals may carry over without a question-by-question history. The current Progress view shows a notice when older totals are present. Practice in the welcome walkthrough is a demonstration and isn’t saved to an account.
If the correct account still looks wrong, contact us with the sign-in method and the activity you expected to see. Don’t send passwords or sign-in codes.
